Rooms
Prices are in Euro, incl. VAT and breakfast excl. local tax (€2.50 per person/day) - children from 15 years pay local tax.
Holiday Apartment Glacier View + Apartment 1 + 2
Prices are in Euro per night, incl. VAT, excl. local tax (€1.80 per person/day) - children from 15 pay local tax, excl. final cleaning €40–60, excl. breakfast (can be booked)
Child discounts in parents’ room
in the room (double or triple room) of the parents:
- 0-4 years: free
- 5-8 years: 40 %
- 8-12 years: 30 %
- 13-16 years: 20 %
in family room (with 4 people):
- 0-3 years: free
- 4-8 years 40 %
- 8-12 years 30 %
- 13-16 years 20 %
Short stay surcharge
Summer
Room: up to 3 days: € 1–3 per day/person
Apartment/holiday apartment: up to 3 days: € 5–15 per unit
Winter
Room: up to 3 days: € 3–5 per day/person
Apartment/holiday apartment: up to 3 days: € 10–15 per unit
Dogs
We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in all rooms/apartments and may only be brought on request. Your four-legged friends must not be left alone in the room and must be held liable for any damages.
Breakfast
Available from 7:30–10:00
Holiday apartment/apartments: You are welcome to book breakfast. Adults: € 15 per person/breakfast, children 4–9 years: € 7 per child/breakfast
Arrival & Departure
On the day of departure, the room is available until 10:00. On arrival, you can check in from 14:00.
If you arrive later than 20:00, please let us know.
Non-smoking rooms
Our rooms are non-smoking rooms!
Payment methods
Cash. You are welcome to transfer the remaining amount free of charge to our bank account up to 3 days before arrival.
Travel insurance – book worry-free
To save costs and hassle, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance as a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue) the Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance (including accident benefits)

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are only valid in writing! The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply
Cancellation conditions
- up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total price
- 1month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the total price
- In the last week we charge 90% of the total price
- In case of no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the total price
- Deposit: Transfer of the deposit upon reservation
These conditions apply in addition to the Austrian hotel contract conditions as agreed.
We recommend taking out travel insurance as a precaution for cancellations or early departures.
